Got my hair cut with Mint and it was wonderful! She was so sweet, took her time, and my hair came out great! I’m now officially ready for my trip. 😊✈️
This was my second haircut with Jay, and I’m officially hooked! I’m very particular about my layers—especially high layers—and after trying several salons around Soho and the Upper East Side, I was always left a little disappointed… until I found Jay. He completely nailed my first haircut, so much so that I even booked an appointment for my mom! (She had to cancel last minute due to travel plans, and Jay was incredibly understanding and accommodating—it really shows his professionalism and kindness.) This time, I went all in with a haircut, color, and highlights, and it turned out to be a complete makeover! I’ve received so many compliments, and even my friend ended up booking with him—her hair looks absolutely gorgeous too. Jay truly understands hair texture, layering, and how to enhance your features while keeping everything natural and effortless. The pricing is also very reasonable for the level of quality and expertise you get. Highly recommend him—he’s a total gem! (For reference: the photo in the black dress—unfortunately not a close-up—is after my first haircut with him in September 2024, and the pink one is from my most recent visit, just after a quick wash and brush!)
I got a Qiqi treatment with Randy and it was truly the best salon experience I’ve ever had. She listened to everything I wanted for my hair and spent the entire appointment teaching me how to take care of it, maintain it, and grow it out. She explained every step of what she was doing and why, which made me feel so confident that I could take care of my hair myself between visits and know I’ll always be in great hands when I come back. If you’re looking for a Qiqi treatment, this is absolutely where you should go. Randy also offers non-formaldehyde and non-harmful keratin treatments, as well as nanoplastia. Great experience, every time. Everyone is friendly. With Randy, things move efficiently even when I ask for complex styles. Plus, and most importantly, I always get exactly what I want, and my hair isn't damaged at the end.
