A huge thank you to Charles of Fort Wayne Trees for partnering with the PBC Summer Youth Works Program! During our visit, their team shared valuable knowledge about urban forestry and sustainability with our youth. Together, we planted 20 fruit trees in the East Central Neighborhood, creating a greener, healthier community. This hands-on experience gave our youth a sense of pride and ownership while learning how trees support environmental justice and long-term well-being. I found the staff helpful in selecting trees we needed. The delivery however took months longer than promised. When I called about one of my trees I was asked to put pictures on their website which I did. They said it was probably shock and to wait and see until the next spring. Interior of tree was dead. Finally when I contacted them I was informed that I was past the warranty period. I explained I sent pictures in and followed their directions. He then agreed to replaced the tree but that it would cost 146.00. I told him that was not how I understood the warranty worked. He said essentially that it was a delivery fee. The driver came out and took out the old tree and replanted the new tree mulched and watered it. I was pleased with the installation. In the end I felt like Fort Wayne Trees didn’t want to honor their warranty and kept putting me off. When they did finally honor the warranty there was a significant delivery charge which I paid. It was never made clear that was the way their warranty worked. I purchased nine trees at over 4000 dollars. I expected better warranty support than what I experienced. Follow up: I just received a call from Fort Wayne trees. They read my review and wanted to make things right. The gentleman apologized about my experience and offered to refund the 146 dollars that I paid for delivery. I have now changed my review to reflect a five star review. No company gets everything right 100 percent of the time. If they are willing to make sure the customer is cared for that is a company I would work with. Thank you Fort Wayne Trees.

This will be our 3rd time in 3 years of working with Fort Wayne Trees to bring beautiful trees onto our property. There is a reason we continue to work with them, simply because they are the best! They have the most professional and friendly staff we've had the pleasure of working with. They make the process of ordering the trees to installing them smooth and delightful. To see our yard fill up with nature is priceless. I highly suggest Fort Wayne Trees if you appreciate beauty and a hard working team!

During the pandemic, Fort Wayne Trees ran a special. We decided to buy two apple trees because we have always wanted to have some on our property. I wanted to wait on a review until I knew how our trees would do. After the first year, one of our trees never grew or showed any signs of life. I called and sent pictures of our two trees. Fort Wayne Trees told me to pick any tree from their inventory as a replacement for the one that did not survive. It has now been two years since we bought the trees, and we have two healthy apple trees that have both produced fruit this year. Their customer service is top notch, and we love our trees!

Nous avons récemment acheté 6 arbres d'ombrage pour notre maison. Le personnel de vente était extrêmement sympathique et m'a fait visiter leur ferme pour m'aider à choisir mes arbres. Ils ont été bien plus patients, ce que j'ai apprécié compte tenu de tout l'argent que j'allais dépenser pour ces 6 arbres. Lorsque les quatre messieurs sont arrivés pour planter les arbres, ils sont arrivés à l'heure, ils étaient amicaux et ont même toléré que deux petits enfants leur posent des questions. Ils les ont plantés à la pelle (pas à l'aide d'une machine) et honnêtement n'ont laissé aucun désordre. Je pensais qu'il resterait quelque chose derrière, mais non. Les arbres sont d'une qualité absolument exceptionnelle et je suis ravi de mon expérience avec Fort Wayne Trees. Je suis impatient d'en commander d'autres à l'avenir.
