My son take group guitar lessons and he loves it! Rowdy has been a great teacher and my son looks forward to class every week. Eric the owner always has a smile and is great with all the students. Would highly recommend the school to anyone wanting to learn.
My son loves the kidz rock group lessons. All of the instructors are great, especially Miss Nina, she really knows how to engage the kids. The performance concert was a blast, my son took a lot of pride and had a lot of fun.
The owner Eric and his instructors really care about the students and it comes through in every lesson. My son was a little nervous about playing in a group setting with kidsrock but he got over that day one with Mr. Shiloh’s training and experience working with younger kids. He looks forward to his Saturday lessons and wants to stick with this program to eventually master drums and guitar. I’d recommend this academy to anyone looking for a fun way to introduce their kids to music.
As an adult learner I had an awesome experience taking classes from Rowdy. He took the time to understand my goals and helped me to develop guitar technique, music theory, and improvisation. I learned more from him in 5 months than I did from years of independent practice. The entire team is super supportive. They are awesome teachers for all age groups. I enjoyed seeing how excited kids were for lessons. I highly recommend signing up for classes, it will help you become a better musician!
We’ve been going here for a month - so not too long, but our experience so far has been phenomenal! My son is 5 and taking the “kidz rock” class that let’s them explore different types of instruments and is just a way to introduce them. Steven is an AMAZING instructor- he’s soooo patients, kind and can get on his level to earn his trust (which can be hard to do with my kiddo). I can’t wait to see where this musical journey will take him! If you even think your kid is into music - give Fort Worth Music Academy a try. They give you a free week or so to try it out so zero commitment 😎
