I have been seeing Dr Filocamo at Fortitude for around 7 months ago due to hip and hamstring discomfort caused by the work I do. He has been great for my recovery with his knowledge and hands on approach as well as needling. He also helped my recovery by providing we with exercises to do at home with video instruction to ensure correct technique. I can now say that I am no longer in discomfort thanks to Adam. I highly recommend his work.
I’ve been seeing Jed at Fortitude for over five years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s treated my shoulder, elbow, forearm and calf, and consistently keeps my back well aligned. I’ve been seeing Harold for an ongoing back issue and have had a great experience. He’s very knowledgeable, genuinely caring, and explains things clearly, which makes a huge difference. I have been to many Physios and Chiros in the last four decades but none have provided the amazing results that I have received at Fortitude Chiro. Jed is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and has fixed my numerous (some very long-term) problems super effectively. My daughter also sees Jed and is also extremely impressed with her results. Can’t recommend Jed and his team highly enough.
