We bought a couch less than a year ago and noticed a rip along one of the seams. I reached out to Forward Furniture, and they were incredibly helpful in getting the issue resolved. They arranged for the couch to be repaired and returned to us within just one business day. We were ecstatic with the level of customer service and how quickly everything was handled. I had a wonderful experience! Came in for a pull out couch and found exactly what I wanted! They opened the store for me when the weather was terrible as I was in a pinch. Highly recommend them for your furniture needs!
Bought a sectional sleeper sofa from this store, didn't make it a month before all the cushions deflated, called for customer support and the owner Colin laughed at me on the phone asking me "I don't know what you do with your couches" then asked me to send him a photo of the couch to confirm it was purchased from his store and never responded. Wildly unprofessional. Avoid this place. Better off buying off Temu tbh.
Bought a power recliner from here for my nursery and the guys working here were so helpful with everything. I would definitely recommend coming here, they have really nice furniture for awesome prices!
