We recently had a last-minute miscommunication with an After the Tone order, and I called Mitch during the bride’s ceremony hoping for a miracle. Not only did he answer — he personally drove an hour and a half from Omaha to The Acreage and delivered the recording phone in time for the reception. Absolute hero status.
