Four Seasons Plant & Flower Shop exemplifies amazing customer service. A family member was out of town when a flower delivery was attempting to be made. I spoke with the shop since they left me a voicemail about the delivery attempt and I explained the family member would be gone for a couple of days and they kindly held the arrangement and even freshened it up before delivering again days later. I was so impressed by their kindness and to take it at their own expense to refresh a bouquet for delivery. Thank you Four Seasons! I'll 100% be calling you for any future flower needs in the Spokane area.
One of the biggest and most important parts of a wedding is the bouquet and how it brings in people’s eyes, and Four Seasons absolutely delivered with the absolutely gorgeous bouquet that they helped me pick out for my special day!
The staff helped me identify special flowers and put together an arrangement for me that was beyond what I’d imagined. They also went above and beyond in adjusting delivery time AFTER it had already been sent out, saving the arrangement from hours in the heat. Thanks so much. Great service. Beautiful work!
Sent flowers to my sister from the Tri cities. Picture online looked beautiful. Showed up to her and was half the size with dead drooping flowers. Not worth my 60$ pics show what they advertise and what we got. Lady on the phone was sweet though.
Recently had the task of ordering the flowers for my mothers funeral service. Funeral arrangements are never an easy thing to do. However, I had in my mind a few things I wanted to see done. With very little direction Sue and her staff went to work and created 'magic' with what little they had to work from my description. I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality, artistic arrangement, flawless execution of service, and price. I got so many compliments and at a time when I needed something to feel good about. I cannot thank 4 Seasons Florist enough and would not hesitate recommending them to anybody for any occasion.
