I want to express my appreciation to Frankenstein Computers and their hardware technician, John. I was having issues with my gaming PC, and after bringing it in, John was able to diagnose the problem as a faulty power supply. Through several emails and phone calls, John kept me updated and worked to get everything resolved. In the end, he was able to return my PC in fully working condition. I’m very grateful to the team at Frankenstein Computers. Their help likely saved me from having to purchase an entirely new PC. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable computer repair.

They lied to me and told me i had bugs in my laptop and there were none. I think they did something suspicious to my laptop too. Either they wanted to refer me to they’re partnered pest control place, or they may have took something from my laptop.

Nice place, though a far location for me. I highly recommend this place. Happy they offered military discount and the price was right. Requested data be exported from old to new(used) computer. After receiving computer back and attempting to connect internet and couldn't, I immediately contacted Frankenstein. Tec David contacted me. It was determined computer lacked built in Wi-Fi in the system, he presented a solution to make that connection happen. Can't say enough happy words about this guy! Greatly appreciate the service and the professionalism expressed by him and the lady at the front desk.

Gave them a broken laptop with confusing error codes and a black screen. They diagnosed it as a power cord issue (no hardware fix needed), and returned the laptop to me cleaner than I gave it to them and charged. Free of charge. Turnover was just a few days.
