I had an excellent experience with Freeway Insurance thanks to Gustavo. He took my call and immediately jumped in to help, working hard within about ten minutes to find me the best possible option. Unfortunately I had to cut the call short because my work break ended, right as he was trying to lower my down payment by adjusting the policy. I felt terrible having to rush him off, but I had no choice but to go back to work. A few hours later he followed up with a text letting me know he was able to get my down payment much lower. I called him back and he quickly picked up where we left off, expediting everything and walking me through my short term insurance needs with patience and clarity. Gustavo truly went above and beyond, stayed on top of my case, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. I really appreciate his dedication and professionalism.
