AVOID❌ I’m not the one to write negative reviews but if it helps the next person choose, then let me tell you to NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. Paid for a £160 Valet. Stated it’ll be up-to 5 hours. Got quoted half that in the email (2hr 30 minutes). Guy arrives 25 minutes late, spends 1 hour 30 minutes and calls it a day! He asks me to check, I open the boot and there’s still some dirt on the plastic (impossible to miss). The more I go around the car the more I see thats missed. For that price point and the promise of “nothing will be missed” - I should NOT be having to do that. As the day goes on I’m just spotting more and more things. I asked for a compensation and it was pure disrespect (20% off next clean) 🤣. Avoid at all costs trust me.
Very happy with the service I received. The booking process was easy with transparent pricing and excellent availability. I had a full valet after months of using the car for tip runs during a home renovation and Andy K did an excellent job of making my car feel like new again. He arrived when expected, completed the work with no fuss and to an excellent standard. I couldn’t be happier.
95% happy with the valet, attention to detail on a few areas, door hinges, inside where petrol cap is wasn't touched, I did forget to mention it but I thought it would have been checked. Inside was lovely and treated with a few things he mentioned, I just cannot remember what it was. The young man was lovely, couldn't fault his enthusiasm. Overall good job
Outstanding clean and superb quality. I would advise to ask for Ritchie. What a wonderful, polite, pleasant guy who clearly takes extreme pride in his work. Neve have I had a valet completed to this standard. Exceeded all expectations and the smell. Never want it to leave the car. He'd even shampooed the wheel arches inside, never had that level of service before. Will definitely have them back but only if Ritchie does the clean thank you so much
I paid £105 for a full valet including £20 for dog hair removal. After inspecting the car properly after the guy left i am astonished how bad the cleaning job is. As you can see from the pics there are dog hairs still everywhere as well as areas in the car untouched. Bits of dirt that come off with just my fingers and dust in the vents. A tonne of dog hairs in the fabric in the boot still. What exactly was the extra 'dog hair removal' package I paid for. It really is shocking how much I paid compared to what was done. The guy was nice enough but the end result was not. I'd want someone to come back and do the job properly. All of this was after i had to cancel the original job which i actually booked in for yesterday at 3.45pm. I then get told no one can make it till 4.30 which I accepted, its then 5.15pm with no one showing up. I call and then get a call back stating driver won't be here till 7pm. Which was just unacceptable, and so I call back to cancel and ask for refund which which they agree too but I never got. l then called back again today where they were able to book me in which I now absolutely regret!
