My son, 15, has participated in a number of different work out programs and facilities. Frye performance has by far been his best experience in a facets. The coaching, the environment and the consistent evaluation that lets him know where he is improving and what needs extra focus. Chris and his team have created a place where athletes of all ages can work together, grow and improve at an affordable and excellent value. Super grateful that his involvement in the Titans baseball program introduced us to him.
Chris and his team have a great casual space for athletes serious that are serious about their training. The enivronment is clean and functional. Additionally, they have the right equipment, and they do a great job with the performance training aspect of training our players individually and as a group.
My son started with Frye a few months ago - he looks forward to his workouts and the results speak for themselves. Chris has a great thing going and would recommend him to any athletes looking to level up!
I participated in a month-long speed and agility program, and I really enjoyed the experience. Each session pushed me to work harder and challenged me both physically and mentally. I could feel myself improving each week, and the workouts kept me engaged and motivated. Overall, it was a great challenge that helped me grow and build confidence in my abilities.
My football player son has been going to Chris since late in his 8th grade year - so 4 years now. Chris has been an incredible asset to him as both a trainer and a mentor . Physically Chris has improved his athleticism by an insane amount in terms of explosiveness, flexibility and more . He’s also a super fun guy to be around that all the athletes love training with. My son is heading towards his senior year with scholarship offers already and I’m not sure that happens without Chris. Hands down best performance guy in Pittsburgh.
