I’ve been here 2 times, the first time my niece coughed up a bit of spit in the play area to which we offered to clean up, to which we was told every single one of us including 2 other children, had to leave, told us we could have a refund but didn’t state that we had to take our wrist bands off, so I ripped mine off and chucked it in the bin. To which the staff member there made me go into the bin and personally rummage through for it, otherwise I wouldn’t get a refund. The second time, we had a few of us and children go in, to which we was told that the 13 year old we had with us wasn’t allowed in even though she was with her little sister, to which we was told that it was a safety risk for anyone at that age to go in, even though they allow 18+ in there and I’ve see 5-6 adults acting like fools in there. So how is that not a health and safety hazard? They had all our children Que up and took every single wrist band off them whilst they cried. And they were in there all of 40 seconds, if that. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from every single staff member there. Every time we’ve been, it’s been a nightmare. If you ever wanted to come here I suggest you don’t. 3 times we’ve given this place a chance after being rudely spoken too or disgusting attitude being thrown at us. I have NEVER known a place like it in my life. Makes their own rules up as they go along and clearly don’t care about any children. Avoid at all costs!!!

Rude. 27/12/2025. Doesn’t really deserve a one star at all honesty. They don’t have a real contact number to call for enquiries, booking etc, it’s all only on email, so if they don’t see your email to bad for you. Paid £300 for my boys 5th birthday party. They sent a payment link and it was paid within 20 minutes with receipt, and I got a threatening email with very aggressive wording that they wasn’t going to go ahead with the party because they didn’t check in on their end, her name writing that email was ‘Amaya Murphy’ . When we arrived to the party they didn’t establish wrist bands or the situation to the adults, or even parents who booked the party, they left it up to asking 2-6 year olds are they apart of the party to establish wrist bands regarding in them getting every single wrist band wrong and given to strangers, then the staff was very aggressive and none compliant when the baby’s from the ACTUAL party was trying to go in to play, resulting in us having to take party time off just to get all the kids back to the party booth just to do a head count and prove to the staff who is ours and who isn’t. They also counted children who were ‘too old’ to go in to play asking for proof of age based off their size / weight. They also asked the children on the way into the play area what they would like to eat and then also forgetting children’s meals when coming out with the food, leaving two kids without meals and making and giving them later than the normal rest. even tho the kitchen closes at 4:30pm so we couldn’t even buy the meals they did ask for, because the kitchen was already packed up at this time. Booked for 4-6pm, kids eat at 5:30 then they’re not allowed to go back into play from 5:30pm, so they only get a hour and half playing time which wasn’t even that as stated previously they took words off 2-6 year olds. The attitude on the staff is absolutely disgusting and uncalled for, absolute 💩💩💩💩 show, needs new staff management. Highly don’t recommend attending for a day out with your children and definitely not for any big events like birthday party’s as the management can’t manage. Luckily the children was playing so they didn’t notice the animosity between absolutely every adult there, because me and my family will never in a life time be spoken to or treated like that at a place that’s especially for children and I was genuinely taken back and fuming at the staff’s performance. heard bad review after bad review, and I usually don’t listen which I didn’t and went ahead with the booking, but this place has absolutely proved the bad reviews correct

We have recently celebrated my son's birthday here, and it was amazing! Kids loved playing nonstop for 1.5hours. The only downside is that the food was left for the last 30 minutes of our time, and we just managed to get the cake in the last 5 minutes, while some of the kids were still eating. I highly recommend this place, as it is very safe and the staff is always available to help.

Should be renamed to "Kids Sadness HQ" — what a joke. What a pity! We thought spending over £100 to bring our family visiting from overseas to what used to be a fun spot would be a great idea. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. 1- We paid extra for the Extreme Challenges — the part the kids were most excited about — only to be told they couldn’t do them because of a "timing" issue we weren’t made clearly aware of. Instructions were far from clear, and no consideration was given to the fact that we’re not native English speakers. Apparently, that’s our problem, not theirs. 2- The staff seemed more interested in enforcing inflexible, confusing rules than actually helping kids have a good time. No flexibility, no empathy, no effort to make things right — just a shrug and a "too bad." Honestly, if you’re expecting a welcoming, family-friendly experience, especially for international visitors, look elsewhere. This place might call itself FUN HQ, but for us, it was anything but.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We love coming here. I take my nearly two and three year old here every other week and they love it. Perfect way to burn out their energy. You can join them in the soft play or keep an eye out from the seating available. Brilliant active play zone area for kids under 12. It’s recently been updated to include more things for littles one e.g ball pit and small climbing zone. Plus on the website you can now see time slot availability which is a huge advantage if you want to go at a quieter time / plan before you go. Tickets are very well priced. Extremely clean which is rare for soft play. Plenty of parking available and an excellent cafe. Anna who works are the cafe is so lovely and helpful !
