The building was so cold! Paid $30 per kid for unlimited play. Good for my 11year old, any older and not so much. Most of the arcade games were broken, which was disappointing. A large pizza (8slices) and one pitcher of pop was $27.50. Laser tag games are 10 minutes long and you have to get a timed pass from the prize counter to be included in the game. The skating area played an array of music and was quite large. Appeared to be a well maintained rink. They even had devices to help people who were not as comfortable skating. All in all, we were underwhelmed and most likely won’t return.

I brought my son and his friend here for his birthday. I prepaid online for the one attraction of laser tag and I knew that it was just one round, but the website should explain that it's only 15 minutes... so with tax around $27 for 15 minutes of fun for 2 kids? I will never pay that again. In this economy, every dollar counts and it took a lot to set aside money just to do something for my son's birthday. Not to mention, the games steal tokens from the kids so even though a game is broken, they still have them turned on to take the tokens. Do better. The icing on the cake was the rude associate working the ticket redemption area to get prizes. She was clearly annoyed to be working with kids and her communication was trash at best. She finished helping another family and then my son's friend asked her how many tickets he has earned. She point to the kiosk and said "you can check on there" and walked away. We waited over 10 minutes and she did not come back. I had to go to the front to ask for help because why are we just waiting. The kids wanted to get their prizes and leave. The guy at the front said "she also has to run the lasertag and probably stepped away to do that but I can come over and help you." If that's the case, the associate needs to be coached on COMMUNICATION. A simple "I need to go to start the laser tag, I'll be right back" isn't asking too much. When we walked over there, he proceeded to help another family first that wasn't even over there when I walked away to find help! The last thing I want to sound like is a Karen, but it was clear that people who have the money to spend hundreds of dollars for a party get the advantage of decent customer service at this location. I will never waste my time or money again. If you're on a budget, don't waste your time. Find a place that will appreciate you spending your money there.

Worth the money. For a family of 5 we spent about $150 on admission and $90 on food for five hours. It's obviously ran by teens, but it wasn't dirty by any means. There is little direction but easy to figure out. 100% worth the laser tag alone if you get the unlimited entry. Tons of tables and room for parents to post up but they are not in the sky maze / arcade / lazer tag area. There's also a nursing room and family bathroom. The balance bar/walker in the roller rink was $7 to rent and definitely worth it if your kids are learning. The sky maze is a blast, the slides in there are super fast. Absolutely a great time for ages 6+ but definitely the spot to take teenage boys for laser tag.

Ended up here accidentally, but it was a happy accident! The floor is smooth, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the decor fun. There are lots of activities, but I only used the rink. Also, my date had to switch out his skates, but giving what I know now, I think that might have been a him thing-and not that there was actually anything wrong with the skates he rented. 😆🙃

We have been Wednesday Night Regulars for some time now. The owners are incredible. This indoor skating rink is amazing. And so is their staff. We have so much fun. Autumn is so helpful and knowledgeable regarding what type of wheels work best on their skating surface. She is so friendly. She even allowed our family from PA to make song requests. We love Funigan's!
