My kiddos are 13 & 10 and we went to FunBox when it was outside as well. When I found out it moved indoors my kiddos were excited. It was very crowded but honestly my kids were still able to have a lot of fun. The staff were great. They made sure kids were safe and not climbing all over things. Only thing that I saw that they could improve on is the storage for shoes. I could be wrong but they only had to small shoe storages. Shoes were all on the floor entering the bounce house. Other than that my kids loved it.
We actually visited on New Years day and surprisingly they were open. No lines, no wait, no crowd. I did everything online, bought tickets and signed waiver before I arrived. It's $19 they say for 90 minutes but it's actually less time. We bought the 2:30pm slot arrived right on time. By the time we checked on and put on the socks it had been about 5 minutes and we were told we had to get out stop jumping at 3:45. That's not 90 minutes. But the kids had fun, the venue was clean. They have an arcade section but no section to buy food and drinks (i was told we could've brought our own) overall a great fun place to take your kids.
Funbox FunBox!! I was seeing so many times the advertising of this place and today we finally went and got the experience of the place. First point I would to tell you that place is really clean and well maintained. Staff is really good and helpful. I think parents should stay with kids because you know how the bounce house is, you never know when they will fall and get injured. This place has so many huddles and 90mins slots time is the perfect for kids to have all experience and enjoy. Arcade is also there. I really like the Birthday Parties Rooms. They are very cute and colorful. Totally like the place and kids had so much fun. Would definitely recommend to try this place.
It was opening weekend and we had a great time! It was chaotic but that's to be expected since the price was very affordable and it seems as though everyone was excited. It's beautiful and super colorful. Lots of fun looking characters and obstacles for the kids. I'm giving 4 stars because I felt that some of the parents were out of line by playing on the equipment with the children. My child was on the giant jumping pillows and adults were jumping with some of their kids but it would send some of the smaller kids flying up high and landing on other children. We had to move to another area til it was safe again. I'm just wondering if this is how it will always be. Letting parents jump and do the activities and possibly causing accidents. I would also suggest maybe a schedule that could accommodate just small kids. Little ones playing next to tweens and teens can only be an accident waiting to happen.
I had an amazing time with my family !!! I recommend coming while the kids are still in school. So 12pm-2pm time so u can enjoy the funbox with out many so many children. Also order your tickets on line it’s faster. Everything was a 10/10 from check out, bouncing, arcade. I wish they had an area to get food such as pizza or wings. I only noticed vendy-machines. The employees did so good super friendly ready to help. They also took some awesome photos & videos of me and my family coming down the slide. 10s ACROSS THE BOARD.
