The customer service was excellent, it was clean & a really nice environment. Great menu too. The climbing was a great experience for my grandaughter & the play area was fun. Clear instructions where given to the children. Signage was very good too. Overall a great place to spend a day having fun & exercise.

I used to love coming here with my kids… sometimes even twice a week and have had many playdates with other mums. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. The cleanliness has gone downhill, and the ball-pit machines are constantly broken. For the price they charge, it just doesn’t feel justified, especially now that it appears they’ve removed the two for 1 Tuesday deals. Today was the final straw. We found rodent droppings and urine in multiple areas. Although an employee came to clean it up quickly, it still shows that the place is not being maintained properly. Kids are curious and touch everything. This is a serious hygiene concern. Really disappointed, as we used to enjoy coming here.

We recently had my little nephew's birthday party at Funtopia and it was absolutely fantastic! The entire process was so easy and stress-free. A huge thank you to the staff, especially Lani and Corey, who were amazing! They were so attentive, friendly, and great with the kids. They truly went above and beyond to make the day special. Highly recommend!

Was alot of fun for all ages.. although if you want to do the climbing experience book online places for climbing world fill up quickly.. if you get there 1st thing in the morning ya may get a spot but easier to book before you go

Wow, what an amazing place! Funtopia Prospect is a paradise for kids and adults alike! The moment you step in, you're surrounded by the infectious sound of laughter and excitement. The coffee shop is well-stocked with everything you need to fuel up for a fun-filled day. The small bumper Go-Karts and climbing area are perfect for little adventurers, while the slides are simply amazing. And let's not forget the fun catching toys that add an extra layer of excitement! The best part? There's plenty of seating and party rooms available, making it an ideal spot for birthday parties and celebrations. We had an absolute blast and can't wait to come back! 5 stars isn't enough - we'd give it 10 stars if we could!
