I brought my cat here yesterday for a simple bath and nail trim. When I received my cat back, he had 2 bloody claws. The groomer said that he "did it to himself" by clawing at the cage. I have a feeling that whoever cut his nails clipped way too far, down to the "quick". My cat is truly traumatized. When I got him home, he hid under the bed for 10 hours, won't make eye contact with me and won't let me touch him. At the time or writing this, he has been home for 24 hours and is hiding in places that he never goes. He refuses to eat or drink water, and has only used his litter box once and has stopped meowing at me. His personality is shattered. How about a refund?

We've been taking our Persian kitty over here for almost a year now, we take him quarterly. I would not trust anyone else to take care of him. They do such an incredible job cleaning him up and keeping him comfortable during the grooming process. Love this place so much, thanks for all you do for our little man!

We took our beloved kitties to fur and feathers for the first time today and we are SO pleased! They had been groomed before but our experience with Christy is the absolute best yet! Our cats have a ton of fur, and one of them has a ton of attitude- she did a beautiful job for an extremely fair price. One lion cut, one full brush out with a little trim to his back end lol. Our cats really seem happy and “lighter” after their grooming. It is very clearly felt interacting with Christie that she loves animals and cares about their comfort. We will definitely be back!
