We visited the Furniture Mall for the first time in August while shopping for a sofa and ordered a special-order leather sectional on August 14. Although the order experienced delays due to manufacturing issues and communication gaps, we were extremely fortunate to have Meagan, the Returns and Warranty Manager, step in to assist. Over the course of roughly six weeks, Meagan provided truly outstanding support. She was proactive, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to help resolve the manufacturing errors. Her dedication and exceptional customer service made all the difference, and we are very grateful for her efforts.
My husband and I came into the Furniture Mall of Kansas today, September 27th, not knowing anything about mattresses—and wow, did we luck out with Jake in the mattress section! He was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We bounced (literally) from bed to bed, and Jake patiently guided us through everything with a deep knowledge of mattresses—from springs and support layers to the electrical features and all the techy stuff we didn’t even know existed. He was professional, articulate, and incredibly well-informed, but also so down-to-earth and easy to talk to. It never once felt like a sales pitch—just a genuine, helpful conversation. Thanks to Jake, we confidently chose a Tempur-Pedic bed and couldn’t be happier. Furniture Mall of Kansas, whatever you're paying this guy—double it. Seriously. He’s a gem and you’d be crazy to ever let him go. Thank you, Jake!
I had a problem with my leather recliner and the motor going out in it and The service manager was so kind and helpful and was able to get the part for me from the manufacturer and I had it installed today and my recliner is now working perfectly! She was so kind and helpful and I thank the operations manager for helping me! The technician came out today and installed the motor very quickly and was very kind and professional! This is a company you can rely on for quality customer service!
Easy shopping & parking , not overwhelming, always an associate to help, wide range of prices, free cookies and drinks, trikes and bikes for the little ones to ride while you are shopping!
Always so pleasantly surprised with the selection and variety! Our sales person Jordan Dell was such a trooper and so patient while we debated on what you would have thought was a life event. Both he and Cam were never pushy and never once did it feel like we were at a used car lot. Highly recommend both the store and the sales personnel. Thank you again for putting up with us!
