I reached out to Furniture Repair of Raleigh about replacing the cushions for my sofa and loveseat, and Vicki was quick to respond to my inquiries. Jack picked up and dropped off the cushions, and he was very nice—it was fun talking with him. My cushions were done in less than a day, and I absolutely love how they turned out. They feel even better than the cushions did when I originally purchased the set. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable. I’m extremely happy with the quality and service and would highly recommend them.
Jack and Vicki at Furniture Repair of Raleigh couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful! I bought a used Hancock & Moore power recliner a while back and thought I was up a creek when it recently stopped functioning (while in the reclining position, of course!). Vicki got me in the schedule same week and Jack diagnosed and fixed the problem/s in about 10 minutes. He was able to tell me much more about the piece than I'd known, and was otherwise a complete pleasure to work with and very fair when it came to price! Plus, he comes to you. I will absolutely be calling them again the next time I need a furniture repair!
When we first bought this couch, it was incredibly soft and comfortable, but over time, it slowly transformed into a slouchy, worn-out piece that seemed to swallow up anyone who sat on it. The cushions became so flimsy that our toddler started using them as his “pretend pool,” gleefully jumping in and yelling, “CANNONBALL!” Needless to say, the cushions were in rough shape… but they were no match for Furniture Repair of Raleigh! Jack stopped by on Wednesday afternoon to pick up the old cushions, and by 9am Thursday, he was back with a brand-new set that looks and feels amazing. The quality is outstanding, and the turnaround time was unbelievably fast. I highly recommend Jack for any furniture repair needs — he truly brought our couch back to life!
