After having a recliner chair backing damaged during a recent move, I had contacted John regarding my situation. He replied within 24 hours of my inquiry, and within the same day I had an appointment scheduled with him. John provided a great price for the job, and within the same week I had received the backing fixed. Everything is in working order for the recliner and you can’t even tell that it was damaged in the first place. I highly recommend reaching out to John for furniture repair jobs. He is prompt in his responses, great at keeping an open line of communication, honest and highly professional.
John did an absolutely amazing job repairing the corner of my beautiful and expensive chest of drawers that the movers destroyed. It looks like it was never damaged! He was also very responsive when I messaged him, and punctual!
I Contacted Furniture Repair Plus a few months ago to discuss repair of my recliner, then later it became a medical necessity to be able to elevate my feet. John was easy to schedule with and came to work on my chair. A Diagnosis made and I ordered a new motor. The Motor came and unfortunately had the same fault. So a replacement ordered, for the replacement. John was flexible and knowledgeable. And we finally had parts to complete the repair. Always pleasant and cleaned up his work space, price was reasonable I am confident my chair will work for some time. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again without hesitation.
Amazing job! I had stitching that had come undone on the back panel of an overstuffed leather couch. The work performed blew my expectations out of the water. It looks like it did on the showroom floor. I've already recommended this company to a friend. Great price as well. Overall I couldn't be more pleased. I've included before and after photos. John repaired our 2 Natuzzi leather recliners. He put new foam in the seat cushion, back and arms. They are better than when new. He is very professional. Picked the chairs up and delivered them. Great service and quality.
