Great experience in the complete process. Ordered the furniture in no time, with no pressure, was told furniture was to be delivered in 2 to up to 8 weeks. In two weeks my furniture was delivered, the temperature outside was in the twenties, but the two men who delivered and setup the furniture, made it look easy. Despite the nasty bitter cold, I was surprised to get my furniture delivered so fast. Now it's wonderful to sit with my wife on New furniture on a snowy cold weekend watching TV and movies on our new theater recliners. The setup of the full-size adjustable bed was as well setup perfectly and gave my back the best nights sleep I've had in year's. 10 out of 10
I had a great experience at Furniture Row. The store was clean and well organized. Chuck greeted me and pointed me towards what I was looking for, I browsed with no pressure and when I was ready, he helped me out with financing. The whole process was smooth and Chuck was professional and courteous. Great selection of furniture too.
Chuck, the salesperson, did a wonderful job helping me and my mom pick out a recliner for her. He had excellent knowledge of the furniture. It was able to easily point out different features of each recliner. He had a wonderful and easy demeanor. He let us take our time and answer all questions well.
We have had a great experience at Furniture Row. I initially found the bedroom set online and called the store where I was connected with Diane. She was great; getting the measurements and everything I needed. The following week I stopped in store where Tyler was polite and friendly. He showed me the bedroom suite that I had been looking at online and was very helpful. Today, I was able to get the bedroom set ordered with Diane’s help. I highly recommend both Tyler and Diane for all your furniture needs!
This was the best furniture shopping experience ever! Our salesperson turned out to be the store manager which we didn’t realize till later. Chuck Dedrick knew exactly what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable about the furniture and explained options to us. Even gave us some amazing cleaning supplies which are refillable for 5 years. Highly recommend this store.
