The process is unnecessarily difficult and feels like a complete runaround. There is no access to anyone local, no direct communication with a technician, and everything is filtered through a call center. We submitted over 50 detailed photos of our dining table from multiple angles clearly showing the scratches and damage, as requested. Despite providing extensive documentation, we were still told an in-home inspection is required. FSN requires a $125 upfront payment just to send someone out, with $65 being non-refundable regardless of outcome. This means you are paying simply for them to decide whether or not they can fix the item. The fee does not apply toward repair costs, and there is no guarantee of service approval. Even worse, if parts are needed, the customer is responsible for sourcing them independently from the manufacturer. We would have gladly paid a service fee if it went toward the repair or if the inspection was part of a confirmed repair process. But paying $125 for a “maybe” and losing $65 just for an answer is unreasonable and not customer-friendly. This system creates unnecessary friction, wasted time, and added cost for the customer, with no clear value in return. Transparent, local, solution-based service should not feel this complicated. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
Adrian showed up in a timely manner and was very professional. His work to repair a scratch on our leather sofa was superb! He took his time to make sure it was perfect. Looks new! He even explained the best way to clean it to not cause damage. The work site was spotless when he left. Can’t give him enough kuddos! Thanks Adrian😊!
Jose came to clean my couch after some doggie mishaps. He was on time and courteous. He asked questions about the couch and concerns and advised me what his plan was. He was thorough and efficient and the couch looks and smells amazing. His professionalism was outstanding and I’m so pleased with the work. I will definitely use him again in the future. Terrible experience with this company. We got to them recommended by Article and technician simply did a trash job. I paid a lot of money for a trash service. Honestly, both furniture by Article were way better before the repair. The sideboard and the dresser have different colors in the scratches that were repaired, so they are even more visible now!!! On top of this, I submitted a complaint to them and there is absolutely no response. Terrible terrible company. Avoid! Don’t pay the fortune that they ask for.
I had some kitchen cabinets that after I had cleaned were in need of repair. I called Jeff Conroy and he was here within a couple of days. He repaired them on the spot in my kitchen and they look beautiful! Jeff is a real professional and knows what he is doing. He previously repaired my dining room table when the latch was pulled off by one of my kids. Thanks Jeff! These are before and after picture.
