I had a fantastic experience shopping for couches at this store! Vida was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in—she clearly explained how the store works and walked me through the different fabric and customization options available for the pieces on the floor. What I appreciated most was her balance of attentiveness and giving me space. She let me take my time exploring and trying out as many couches as I wanted, but also checked in regularly to answer questions and offer support. It made the whole process feel relaxed and pressure-free. I’m thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend this store—especially if you get to work with Vida!

First time experience was amazing, our sales person was Vida very friendly and professional. Was Impressed on how nice there furniture were with reasonable prices compared to other stores. Highly recommend this place to family, friends and others. Will be shopping here later on in the future 👍👍

I communicated with Vida, I found my couch on Facebook marketplace place. I did financing and delivery. I couldn’t be more happy with the costumer service and product! I ordered it on a Friday and it was delivered the following Wednesday. Everyone I’ve had contact with from the company was amazing! The delivery guys put it all together the way I asked and also were camos when carrying it up my steps from hell (19 extremely steep, and not a large width. It’s to soft and more than I could have ever expected it to be. I’m about to start working from home and it has created the perfect place to sit comfortable throughout my shifts! It has more pillows than I need but I can change those seasonally, they’re also very comfortable. Most couch pillows I find are extremely stiff for my liking, but these are perfect and were included with the couch! I can’t express how satisfied I am with this purchase especially because I found it on Facebook marketplace place, I was worried it was a scam but I will definitely confirm it was not a scam! The cup holder part also has a deep storage spot which it’s a plus for my household there’s not a lot of places to put things at my 1 bedroom apartment! I could go on forever, but that’s the things that impressed me the most and I hope this helps future buyers with their decision. :)
