Staff was helpful and gave quick tour. The place is HUGE! and there was a lot of stuff to walk around and look at. Things are very expensive in the showroom. Visit the Outlet to save money. It's located behind the showroom. We bought a couch at a very discounted price and we were very happy. Staff answered all questions and made check out very easy. 4/5 stars because most price tags come with a QR code to their website to "learn more about the product", but each time we tried to use it, it said "item not found/not available." Would have been a nice feature if it worked properly.
From the moment we contacted Furnitureland South in Jamestown NC, we had an amazing experience. Our designer, Tim O’Brien called us back immediately and that was the start of our relationship. He is amazing, persistent, very helpful with great ideas. He helped us with furniture, rugs, light fixtures and accessories as well as outdoor furniture and rugs The facility is fantastic and will meet all your furniture needs. The selection is enormous so Tim was needed for his vision and guidance. The place is so big, I would have been lost without him. ♥️
Visited Furnitureland South last weekend and had the opportunity to work with design consultant Krystal Hoy. In addition to all of the incredible furniture options, Ms. Hoy took the time to listen to our design & style preferences, and guided us through the selection process. Thanks to designer, Jessica, my experience at Furnitureland was exceptional. With so many options to choose from one clearly requires a guided tour. After a short interview Jessica understood my style and wish list. She led me straight to the proper section of the vast space to look at options. Jessica is a total gem. I never would have found the perfect loveseat without her guidance and expertise in styles and features of furniture. I’m so excited for the loveseat to arrive next week. Thank you Jessica!
UPDATED: The shopping experience was wonderful - my experience with their customer service team during a delivery issue was appallingly terrible. Dropping the review stars as a result. I'd caution you about doing business with FLS. We had a wonderful experience shopping at Furnitureland South. The place is massive so plan to spend a full day (or two) if you are looking for a roomful of furniture. We had a great design consultant who curated our visit well. Prices were pretty competitive too. We were from out of state and they offered a discounted hotel if we needed it. It was a great experience all around.
