Le personnel et la direction sont salués pour un service chaleureux et respectueux, ainsi que pour une résolution rapide et attentive des problèmes, avec un soutien remarquable du gérant Kevin. Les membres évoquent un fort esprit de communauté, des équipements de premier choix, un excellent éclairage et le Revive Hive au sein des installations.

Honestly one of the best gyms in Philly if not the best. The staff and management were so kind in showing me around the gym I really felt welcomed here. The environment is great too it really doesn’t set the mood for your lift unlike other commercial gyms I’ve been too
There’s no other gym like this! The staff is so friendly and is always on top of things! With the best equipment, great community, a clean gym and Revive Hive inside the facility it has everything you could want or need! I did have an issue with my account at one point, but when I spoke to management/staff about it, they handled it and got it settled immediately! There is no where else i’d rather train at.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to update my experience with Fusion Gym on Grant Avenue. Earlier, I had left a negative review because of an issue I was dealing with. However, after speaking with the team — especially the manager Kevin — everything was resolved quickly and professionally. I truly appreciate their help, and that’s why I removed my previous review. Kevin went above and beyond to address all my concerns, and the entire staff was extremely friendly, respectful, and supportive. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. I’m genuinely thankful for their assistance, and I highly recommend Fusion Gym on Grant Avenue. They really care about their members.
I’ve been training at Fusion Gym for a while now, and it’s the best gyms I’ve experienced. Everyone’s locked in and focused, which keeps me motivated every time I walk in. The equipment is top quality, the lighting and setup make it feel next level, and the place stays clean. Definitely the best spot in Philly if you’re serious about your fitness goals.
The gym equipment is good, but the music is crazy loud. I don't mind there being music in the background, but why does it need to be as loud as a nightclub? Especially when everyone is trying to listen to their own music with their own earphones. Also, the lockers are sketchy and broken most of the time, so I'd advise not using them. Other than that, it's a decent gym.
