I had an excellent experience with physical therapy here. The therapists are knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about your recovery. Bart, Marie, Carlos, Cristina, Dom and Gina all were great and had their own ways of training. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained every exercise clearly, and tailored my treatment to my specific needs. My recovery was a bit long but they were patient and always welcomed me with a smile. I saw real improvement in my strength and mobility, and I always felt supported and encouraged. The facility is CLEAN, welcoming, and well-organized. They are up to date with their equipment and Bart always has great music playing. Thanks Garfield Ridge.
Staff here is great! My injuries range from shoulder, back and hip but every time I come here i leave feeling better and end getting my range of motion back to continue my daily activities. They are also great 1-on-1 and help you with anything you need! I will definitely be back here when I need any help with any future injuries.
I love this place!!! I love the option of having the aquatic therapy, it really helps after my surgery. Bart, Gina, Marie, Dom and Carlos are amazing therapists who are always there to help. I’ve tried other therapy places in the area before and this is by far the best.
Everyone here is awesome. I've been treated here for around six months and worked with all the therapists. Each one has learned my injury and treated it very specifically. It's been a slow, gradual healing process (full tendon tear w surgical repair), and each therapist has kept up to date and increased the types of exercises and methods at a rate that I feel has really benefitted my recovery. I've always been in decent shape and know my way around the gym, but everyone here has shown me methods, stretches, lifts, etc that I never knew existed and will incorporate into my gym routines forever. The entire facility is obviously cleaned and well maintained. The atmosphere between the therapists is great as well; they're not just serious about their medicine, they're real people who are interested in their patients ' mental and emotional attitudes. It's been all positive from my first call, when I spoke with Liz who handles all the admin/scheduling for the clinic. She actually saved me from a handful of unnecessary headaches that my employer put in my way. I've worked directly with Marie, Dom, Gina, Carlos, and Cristina multiple times each, and while each has a slightly different style, it's very clear that each are experienced and really know what they're doing. Bart, the clinic director, seems to run a very smooth ship, and he must be doing something right because there's always a great vibe in the clinic. I've seen him treat patients often as well. Multiple therapists also speak Polish or Spanish as well. I honestly can't say anything but great things about the facility or the therapists, except they refuse to let me in the pool.. Five stars would tear my tendon again
The staff is great and Marie is amazing! I started coming to PT because of an ankle injury. Because Marie is professional and kindhearted, I felt comfortable asking her about other issues that had bothered me for years. Let me tell you, this is the best my legs have felt in years!! I am not a reviewer but I am gladly leaving a review for Marie and FYZICAL. I highly recommend!!
