I feel so bad leaving this 1 star review because this is a family operated business and the lady that assisted us was elderly but this is by far one of the worst customer service I have experienced. First in order to get a response to a call or text from these people is such a hassle. Sometimes its the elderly lady that is at the shop and she is all over the place and so rude at times. I understand she might have opinions and suggestions but we are the customers and as long as we say or ask for something within reason hear us out especially when my child has a set vision for what she is looking for in a dress. 2nd I split my payment in 2. My initial payment was made on 9/21/2025 and my last payment was made on 11/13/2025 which I have both my receipts and as I'm having dinner tonight I notice a transaction was ran today without my authorization from this place. This is insane, I already paid I have my receipts and you guys run my card again without my permission this is so unprofessional on your part. Never again will I do any sort of business with this place. This was a horrible and stressful experience. Again I feel bad even leaving this review because I did not want to be rude but come on as a business do better, be better.
I absolutely love this Gala gowns!!! They are sooo nice they make you feel right at home. No matter the size they have you. I was in a weeding party and they made everything smooth. I will post some pictures after the wedding event.
I was so excited to come to this shop to get my gown. The ladies were very nice and helped me find the perfect dress. I highly recommend this shop.
I couldn’t be happier with the expertise of this family owned business from day 1 that I went to see the gowns we we’re treated with kindness and respect and we’re not pushed in to buying the first day we went. I went to many places and came right back to them they were so helpful wbem on the day of the party I was stressing because I did not know how to tighten the back of the dress and the mother was so sweet she came 2 hrs before the event and dressed my daughter. Thank you so much I will always recommend you. Kellie was so happy and she looked like a princess thanks to you all.
I was in town from out of state for my wedding, and wanted to find a different gown that would work better for the location of my ceremony. Knowing this would be a LONG shot, because I could not even find one in my home state, months before. I stopped in and fell in love with a dress. This shop went the extra mile in every way to alter a wedding gown for me in 24 hours! It was perfect. It was so beautiful. I would give them 100 stars if I could. They also helped fit my daughter for new flower girl dress that would match. Thank you Gala Gowns!!!!
