This makes our second time purchasing furniture from Galleria Furniture, and once again the experience was professional, smooth, and stress-free. Every time we shop here, it’s easy to find exactly what we want and need. Today, we had the pleasure of working with Shantell at the Northlake Mall location, and she was absolutely amazing! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very professional. Shantell helped us pick out two dining sets and a living room set, and she made sure we received all available discounts on our purchase. The entire process was fast, easy, and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. We highly recommend Galleria Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture and a great shopping experience!
Great experience overall. Samantha was super helpful from start to finish and even provided schematics to make sure the red and black power sectional would fit my space. She helped with financing and availability, and I was able to get the sectional the same day—earlier than expected, which was perfect for the holidays. The warehouse team loaded everything up at the dock and followed up afterward to make sure everything was good. Really solid customer service all around. Highly recommend.
Samantha was absolutely amazing! She made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. We have got a reclining sofa here and victor helped us dining the right one and process was very quick and smooth. He even got me delivered it the next day.. happy about my purchase.. will visit again..
Shantelle was excellent. Walked me through the process, explained everything and make me 100% comfortable with my purchase. ****Update**** Had to change my rating. While the sales process was delightful, the delivering on the goods was anything but. To start, it took almost 2 weeks to receive my furniture. I was called in to pick up my items on 11/28/2025, before that I had to follow up with them on almost a daily basis to get an update which appeared to be the run around. I told them that I would get there around 1:30 because I needed to rent a U-Haul (again). I got to the receiving dock at around 2pm. No one knew where any of my things were, people were just walking around with no real sense of urgency. I watched them unload (2) trucks before anyone told me what was going on. This lasted almost 2 hours. Finally, get the items home and start to set everything up. The loveseat, jumbo chair, and rug were impeccable, no complaints. However, I finally was able to get the bed upstairs and through trying to make it up my tight stairwell, the bed ripped in the corner. My initial thought was to sew it back together and keep it moving, however, something told me otherwise. Upon opening the rip a little more, I could see that this was a used mattress (Sealy Posturepedic) to be exact. This is very unsanitary and disgusting! I immediately messaged my sales person with pics and asked for the mangers info, no response. The next day, I called and was sent right to voicemail with a automatic text telling me to leave my name and number and they would get back to me, no one has to this point. After reading the comments , it appears like this ineptitude is common at this place. I have a couple more avenues to take but I have already purchased another mattress, wont give them the opportunity to burn me again and neither should you. Pictures below for you to decide...
