We have just celebrated our incredible healthy and adorable frenchie puppies first birthday, and Gateway Pet Hopsital have been an incredible corner stone in their life. I could not be happier with everything that we have experienced but over and above was the treatment for the two of them with the spay surgery a few weeks ago. The surgery and day of care were great, but the follow through was incredible. These sensitive little princesses were quite traumatized by their experience not wanting to eat and not getting the proper food to take their pain meds. Gateway was quick to adjusting pain meds, altering food to help improve their eating and to make them back to their perfect little puppy selves in no time. They are doing incredible and are already crazier than before. Full disclosure, we were part of their “early start program”. Everything from first shots, check ups and most especially the spay surgery were an incredible value for an unparalleled service. Anyone coming to this vet with a new pet would be well advised to take this program. Pets can be expensive, especially two and it makes a huge difference. I would recommend any pet parent of any kind to go here, best experience with a vet that I have ever had.
Our regular vet clinic couldn't get our dog Cooper in on short-notice when his lymphoma rapidly relapsed, so in a panic I gave Gateway a call. Dr. Sara made room for us in a hectic day to make sure he could get a comfortable and peaceful farewell. She has such a compassionate and genuine heart for animals, and we are eternally grateful for her and her team's kindness during our time there. Thank you for everything.
I have consistently had excellent experiences with this veterinary clinic. Appointments are easy to schedule, often available the same day or within 24 hours. The team is highly organized, providing helpful email reminders, thoughtful birthday messages for pets, and follow-up calls after appointments to ensure everything is going well. They even request photo updates, which reflects their genuine care and interest in each patient. The veterinary technicians and reception staff are always professional, friendly, and attentive, and the veterinarian is exceptionally caring and compassionate. I always feel confident and at ease knowing my pet is in such capable and caring hands.
The staff here are soo kind and amazing. They always make it a pleasant visit. Dr. Katherine Beattie is an amazing vet. She's always so kind, caring and gentle with my girl Luna. Thank you for caring and going that extra mile for our fur babies. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a new vet!
We had a fabulous experience at Gateway Pet Hospital! In an absolute panic and losing my fur I called expecting to not be bringing my baby home but their kind and compassionate staff walked me right back onto solid ground. My furbaby is very sick and they are doing absolutely everything they can to best arm me to care for him until we can no longer. He is already showing signs of improvement! Thank You Dr. Stephanie and crew! We sure are blessed to have you!
