Gather Estate was the first venue we toured, and we absolutely fell in love with it. We should not have wasted any time touring other venues here in AZ. Pictures do not even do it justice, every inch of the venue has so much charm and every surface is sparkling clean. Not to mention, the grounds are breathtaking and you truly do not need a ton of florals or decoration. It's beautiful on its own! As a bride, it took so much stress off of me working with Shelley throughout the planning process. She is so responsive and knowledgable about the wedding industry. Their pricing is transparent and you truly get more than what you pay for. Our wedding day went seamlessly due to their staff and hired services, everyone worked so hard to make it the most perfect day. Everyone in our family says it is the best wedding they have ever been to, and we know that this is due to all of the intentional hard work of the Gather Estate staff. We could not be more thankful that we had our wedding here. If you're thinking about booking here, DO IT!
Gather Estate was absolutely perfect in every way, and our wedding day was truly flawless because of Shelley and her incredible team. The venue itself is stunning and provided the most beautiful setting, but what made the experience unforgettable was the level of care, professionalism, and support we received. Shelley was amazing from the very beginning—always had an answer to every question, remained calm and reassuring throughout the entire process, and made everything feel so easy and stress-free. Her team worked seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure every detail was handled perfectly, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without worry. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and that is entirely thanks to Shelley and her team. We recently had our wedding at Gather Estate, and the experience couldn’t have been better! From our very first tour, we knew it was the right fit. Shelley, the owner, was wonderful to work with. She’s kind, organized, quick to respond, and consistently made the planning process feel simple and stress-free. She is such a blessing! On the wedding day, she was attentive and ensured everything went smoothly. We chose Just Perfect Catering for dinner, and the food was great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and thoughtful about accommodating my dietary restrictions. The bartenders from Another Round were also fantastic and created a comfortable, enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Gather Estate is beautiful, clean, elegant & leaves room for your own creativity. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved the venue, and so are we. Looking back, we wouldn’t change a thing. Our big day at Gather Estate was absolutely perfect!
We had the most magical wedding day at this venue! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor setting was exactly what I had imagined, complete with twinkle lights, a checkered dance floor, and beautiful green surroundings (which is rare in AZ)! Even when it rained for an hour, Shelley and the venue team handled everything so smoothly. They made sure the day stayed on track without any stress, and honestly, the rain just added to the magic of it all. The entire process, from planning to the big day, was seamless. All the vendors included in our package were professional, reliable, and a joy to work with. We’re so grateful to everyone involved for making our day perfect. Highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful, stress-free outdoor wedding!
Our experience at Gather Estate was nothing short of perfect! Shelley, who owns the venue, is truly one of the sweetest, most organized, and kindhearted people you could ever work with. From start to finish, she made the wedding planning process seamless and stress-free. She was always quick to answer any question we had (even the random ones I sent at 1am lol), and her attention to detail made us feel so cared for every step of the way. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful — you can tell how much love and pride they pour into every corner. The all-inclusive package makes everything so easy, offering incredible options for dinner, décor, and so much more. All of the vendors they partner with, like Just Perfect Catering and Another Round AZ, were also phenomenal to work with and delivered beyond our expectations. Anyone who tours Gather Estate will instantly feel the warmth, professionalism, and passion that Shelley and her team bring to every event. If you’re looking for a venue that truly goes above and beyond to make your dream wedding come to life, Gather Estate is the one. We couldn’t recommend it enough!
