Don rocks! I stopped by because my laptop wouldn't turn on and he fixed it in 2 seconds and refused to charge me. Any other place would have charged to even look at my computer regardless of how simple the fix. I'm telling everyone i know about him. My old PC was slow and not Windows 11 compliant. My friend referred me to Don with Geek Elite who was able to install Windows 11 on his old PC. He was very happy how fast his system now works. I also took mine to Don. He assured me I would be happy with the update and guaranteed a less than 24-hour turnaround time frame. I also dropped off a second old tower hoping he could retrieve photos that were stuck on that PC as I had not been able to boot that one up for over 10 years. Within a few hours he provided an update confirming everything was successful and he was even able to retrieve my old photos. He was very communicative and always responded as soon as I sent him a message. He was very professional, helpful, friendly and clearly is extremely knowledgeable. I was also very pleased how reasonable the costs were and very happy I was able to avoid the cost, time and trouble that comes when purchasing a new PC. I have had a windows update error for 2 and a half years and it has slowly belittled away the stability of my computer over that time. I had 2 tech support guys trying to figure it out for hours, I did about 10 hours of research myself, AND had my fiancé’s dad who has been a IT manager for 30 years look at it for at least 3 days and this error had all of us stumped. On top of that, I essentially bricked my PC today trying to do a bios update for upgraded parts coming in the mail tomorrow so I reached out to Don and I am beyond glad that I did. Not only did he fix the issue in only a hour and a half, he also fixed my windows update issue and upgraded me to windows 11 in that time. My computer feels completely brand new! I trust him with my computer more than anyone else on this planet. They helped me very much! Unfortunately, my computer had taken a crash, and I decided to opt out in repairing it Because I realize that repairing it would probably cost more than the actual computer. But nevertheless he still helped me over the phone and choosing a better laptop for my son That would benefit him and his schoolwork online.
