Got quoted a price on a pc fan install, they did the service, got it home and it didn't work. Took it back, and they charged me more because they said they charged me incorrectly the first time. Total bait and switch. Hopefully in a week, it will actually be fixed, but I have little confidence at this point.

My laptop resolution was crap so went in to see Caleb at the Geek Squad desk. Super helpful and took care of my issues. Highly recommend

Liars! Scam artists! I needed remote help with software. I agreed to pay over $100 for a virtual visit. I was told I would be contacted immediately or within 30 minutes at the longest. No one called. Nothing happened. Then the liars in the chat tell me that they didn't have anyone available until tomorrow. Then refused to give me a refund. Don't waste your time and money having to clean up this waste of time and money.

I didn’t want to leave a review if Best Buy/Geek Squad had made their mistakes right. We’ve been trying to get them to reimburse us for our Potato Barn credenza that Eddie/Edward damaged when moving it back after installing our TV and sound bar. He lied to the insurance company that Best Buy uses for claims, which is a joke by the way. It’s customers last and their companies first, very unfortunate that they had to act in this manner and not be honest and correct their mistake. Lying is no way to do a job and live. Be leery of Eddie/Edward with Geek Squad in Gilbert if he is installing anything at your home. We love our TV and sound system, but moving our furniture and then proceeding to tell my husband to just fix the hole he created is not good character. Shame on him and the other tech who also lied, according to the insurance adjuster. We are still waiting on Best Buy to compensate for all the scheduling issues we had leading up to the install AND reimburse for our Potato Barn credenza. It is literally going no where. When they say call Best Buy support, you will more than likely not get the support they say they offer. It’s not cheap furniture. We told them we would move it back and he said it was a part of their job. Which is also a lie because they had us move our furniture prior to their arrival. I’m honestly appalled at how this is being handled.

Everything but the in-person help was ABYSMAL. THE WORST. It's the only reason they're even getting 3 stars. I bought an open box computer in May. In September, the motherboard crashed unexpectedly. Geek squad said they'd need to send it in for replacement. That took a couple weeks or more. It came back and it was stuck in a boot loop, so they needed so send it back again. It was back after a week, and then I discovered that they INSTALLED HALF OF THE TERABYTE OF STORAGE that it originally came with. Thankfully they said they'd install the correct storage within 24 hours. Hoping that I get this computer tomorrow morning. But seriously, if they're the computer experts, how in the WORLD do they 1) replace the core component, but don't wrong to where it doesn't boot up, and 2) not ensure they put the correct amount of storage that the device came with?? At this point, I'd rather take it to a private repair shop, or go to Apple. Completely insane.

Tried calling but you can only get their offshore call center (who tried telling me they were local). I asked: do you repair PC monitors? Yes. Is the person in store to inspect and quote a repair? Yes. So I uninstalled it from a complicated mount and came in. They were 15 min late for the appointment I set. Turns out they don’t repair monitors, and they don’t offer anything at all if it’s not a Best Buy SKU. Waste of time. Asked to speak with a manager but he was on lunch.
