My visit to genesis was great, I would like to thank staff for their professionalism , beautiful smiles and just overall warmth . My experience was awesome and a special thanks to Emily . Her knowledge made my visit a wonderful experience , I look forward to my next visit !!!
I bought a voucher to use, booked an appointment with a person. Arrived to my appointment time early. Told they were double booked and I had to wait until they could get me in. 35 mins later the NP, Marisol, asks me if I had been there before, saying they only honor vouchers 1x in a lifetime and they would not honor the voucher. No where on the site where I bought my voucher disclaims that and when I made my appointment, it was not mentioned. I was there 3 years ago! No apology what so ever for wasting my time or day while they were 40 mins late even to tell me that. I went to the website of the voucher and it now says the business is under investigation. I would recommend staying away.
Everyone at Genesis Lifestyle is so kind. The first day I walked into the office the whole staff made me feel welcome and they are always willing to answer any questions I have. I’m excited about my weight loss journey with Genesis and also trying the other wonderful services they offer.
OK, so I’ve done cool sculpting before. This was nothing new for me. But the check in/out staff, and the regional director, Gianna made me feel so welcome! Very friendly & knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The office hours are convenient, the office is quaint and clean. The pricing & financing options were affordable in my opinion also. Would definitely recommend. I’m so excited to get my body, ody, ody back with Genesis!
The ladies at the Grapevine office are absolutely incredible! Their unwavering support makes all the difference, no matter what challenges you’re facing. Every month, walking through the door and being greeted by their smiling faces fills me with joy and motivation. Their enthusiasm and encouragement have been a huge boost in my journey, and I can’t thank them enough!
