I had such a wonderful experience at Genesis for both prenatal and postpartum needs! Even after having an unplanned C section, Madison pivoted our plans flawlessly and helped so much with the recovery process!! Cannot recommend enough!!
Dr. Leneice is the best! I felt so supported throughout my sessions with her. She really listened to my concerns and helped me feel confident in restoring my diastasis recti. Every appointment felt purposeful, and I left knowing exactly what to focus on next.
10/10 couldn’t recommend this place more! I have been going to Dr. Ashley since the middle of my second trimester and I can’t express how wonderful my experience has been! It doesn’t feel like you’re going to “another appointment” it feels like you’re going to get coffee with a friend who just so happens to be helping everything pregnancy and pelvic floor related. She is extremely personable and VERY knowledgeable in her field. My husband and I recently took the birth prep class taught by Ashley and Ally and BOTH my husband and I were raving about how much we enjoyed it. Being slightly biased since it was taught by PT’s, I feel like they did an incredible job informing you on things that you needed to know and that are helpful for prep for labor and delivery, but not so far detailed where they lost you and your attention span. It was engaging, fun and interactive and we walked away with great information. I look forward to continuing to see results and having wonderful care postpartum as well! If you’re looking for an incredible, wholistic approach in a pelvic floor therapy clinic, look no further, because this is the best place!
Dr Mary Katherine made my 2nd pregnancy SO much more comfortable than my first, I had no idea you could be 36 weeks pregnant & still feel great, sleep well, and be active with very little discomfort. I’m so thankful to have found her, she’s thorough, encouraging, and available anytime you have questions. I recommend Genesis & pelvic floor PT to all of my friends!
Working with the team at Genesis has been amazing. From the office staff to Dr. Amelia everyone has been so helpful. My virtual appointments have made a significant improvement in my pelvic floor health. Now 10 years postpartum I am able to run, do jumping jacks and more without issues! I was skeptical about the ability to be successful with virtual appointments but I am so glad I didn’t let that keep me from making my first appointment. Dr. Amelia gave me great tools, made adjustments to help me be successful. I’m so grateful!
