When I visit from Cleveland, I am stopping at Gentiles. Beer and Marmaleta pizza from Mama Mimi's. Too late for a picture, my pizza went fast.
Called looking for a type of wine. They didn't have it. So I asked him if he could recommend another wine that was similar. He said I only shop at my store and wouldn't talk about any other place. Ok I get it. Can u recommend something in ur store? .....we have such a variety of wine to chose from and ypur more than welcome to come in and look. He lost out of a 250 sale cause he was being stubborn with a smile. Good luck to ur business. I would hope people would know what they are stocking.
I have never met a staff member who was not knowledgeable nor genuinely friendly and accommodating. If they don't have it they will be able to get it for you most likely and the quality of the stock that they typically carry is such that I feel comfortable simply trying something out from this store whereas other stores I would have a question. But they have quality expectations and standards and most importantly a real knowledge of product
Amazing go-to wine shop with an amazing collection and very helpful staff. I love going in there and telling them the vibe I’m going for— they always find me the yummiest option that I would never have picked out myself.
Live this place. Pick up beer and wine at great prices. Local and imported beers available, many craft selections and be sure to ask what's in the cooler if you can't find something! Having a Mama Mimi's take and bake pizza place attached is awesome too! Fantastic pies, and I do mean this as I am particular about my pizza. Really is a one stop shop for a chill night in. highly recommend.
