I needed help moving bedroom furniture from New Jersey to Philly. The guys from Gentle Giant were absolutely amazing. They were timely, friendly, and professional. When they got to my house, I asked if they would be able to help move the top of a large desk up the stairs, and not only did they do so, they also offered to help put the desk together! Highly recommended!

I hired and organization consultant, Yasmin Goodman to help me move and she highly recommended Gentle Giant. I found them to be available and easy to talk to. They gave me an estimate within 2 days of contanting them. They lived up to their reputation for excellence in every way. The guys who did the work were professional, informed, worked GREAT as a team and I can't find anything I that was off or missing to report. They made the whole experience seem personal and professional. I highly recommend them.
James, Jang, and Zack moved my family from south Philly to north Philly yesterday and it was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. From the start of the process, Dominique was lovely and returned my emails right away. She gave me a very reasonable quote too. Yesterday, the crew was on time and James even called ahead to say they were on their way. They had my entire house on the truck in under an hour, I was astounded. Then they brought everything into our new place with no problems at all. They were friendly, attentive, careful, and courteous. I wholeheartedly recommend Gentle Giant.
My husband and I are moving cross country to Seattle. It’s been a very quick turnaround, thus creating a lot of stress with us having to get a POD and moving our stuff to Seattle. We hired 3 movers from Gentle Giant movers and from the beginning I knew we were in good hands. When I called, we did an assessment of what needed to be packed and whether it would fit inside the POD I had. They also supplied me with special tape that immensely helped our wrapping and packing process. Day of, Scott and his team were prompt and on time. We had a 4 hour timeframe and they were so quick and efficient they finished it in 2 hours! They helped us disassemble and wrap a few fragile items, and every square inch of the POD was filled. I was so impressed by their professionalism, kindness and speediness. It really helped us feel less anxious once the e POD was packed and we didn’t have to leave anything behind. We found out in Seattle they have another office, and we are 100% hiring them to help us unload once we get to our new place. Thank you SO much, Gentle Giant Movers!
