I used to love this place so much, we would go all the time. But since the Reno I have noticed it is DIRTY. Went this past Sunday for toddler time and it was straight up disgusting. My husband and I commented on it while there but wanted our toddlers to enjoy their time. Now my one year old has pink eye and my husband and three year old are sick as dogs. Having a space catered to kids should be thoroughly cleaned because they are the grossest people. Won’t be coming here anymore unfortunately.

This place has a lot of potential. The layout is great, there’s plenty of space, parking is easy, and going right at opening on a Sunday should have been perfect for my son’s birthday. That said, cleanliness was a real issue. Right at opening, the bathrooms were dirty and out of hand soap. There were used tissues and bandages in the slide and climbing areas, and sticky spills on the mats near the dodgeball zone. It was clear this wasn’t from this morning, but was a leftover from the day before. I completely understand that kid-focused spaces get messy, and I’m not expecting perfection—but basic cleaning before opening should be a given. This feels like a simple fix that would make a huge difference. The space itself is great, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and ownership was disappointing. I hope management addresses this, because the park really does have everything else going for it.

Newly updated and fun, especially for the 12 and under crowd. It isn't the largest trampoline park, but they've fit a bunch of activities and the new climbing/play structures are great.

This place has been revamped since we were last here; they added two huge play structures. My kids had an absolute blast, and we came here for them, so 5 stars. Tickets are cheaper if you buy them online.

GetAir has totally revamped! My kids don’t want to leave! First time we’ve been since the renovation. It’s super clean, and my kids couldn’t be having a better time! We love it here-it’s affordable, a blast, and the staff is amazing!
