Last Tuesday we had a scheduling mishap at another trampoline park for my daughters 5th birthday and had to quickly change plans. We came here and it happened to be toddler hour so we got two hours for the price of one and they had fun toddler music, balloons on the trampolines and had baby shark. I briefly let the staff know what happened and that I had guests coming and they were so kind and went above and beyond for us, allowing us to use a table for gifts and snacks, giving my daughter a birthday sticker and even a gift. There were lots of toddlers which made it fun but not too crowded and baby shark even handed out dye free fruit snacks to everyone!! I have been here once before and the facility looks cleaner and better organized. Thank you to the young lady and young man who were working that morning (Jan 27) we will definitely be coming back!

Wow — after reading through the recent reviews, it’s clear a lot of people are having similar experiences since the management change. That’s usually a sign worth paying attention to. In the past, staff like Troy and Garrett made this place feel welcoming. You could see the effort they put in — from customer interaction to improvements like the foam pits — and it made families want to keep coming back. After the interaction described below and seeing how closely it matches other recent comments, it does seem like management, not customers, may be the common issue. Hopefully ownership takes this feedback seriously and addresses it, because this place clearly had potential and a strong foundation before.

Extremely disappointed. I have been coming here consistently since June—often weekly—and have spent a significant amount of money, including purchasing a family pass and hosting birthday parties here. Today’s interaction completely overshadowed all of those past positive experiences. From the moment I walked in, I noticed ongoing maintenance issues: broken door handles, doors left open, and several games that appeared broken or not functioning. While there are attempts to add new features, basic upkeep and safety concerns remain unresolved. At the counter, I was asked to sign a waiver, which I did. The employee stepped away, returned, and then told me she could not find our family pass. She said it had “expired in June,” even though June is when I purchased it. Rather than argue, I asked for a manager to help resolve the issue. I pointed to Garrett, the employee who personally sold me the family membership, as he has been there since June and was familiar with my purchase. Instead of using that information to quickly resolve the issue, the situation escalated. When the manager arrived, the tone immediately felt dismissive rather than solution-focused. They ultimately had to use my debit card information to locate the purchase, which confirmed that it existed. Despite this, I was told the pass was “no longer sold” and then told not to be disrespectful—even though I had simply asked management to fix a valid billing issue. Asking for a manager and advocating for something I paid for is not disrespectful. Instead of an apology, I was made to feel unwelcome and was told I would not be allowed back, despite having a family pass I paid for. Internal system changes or staff confusion should never be pushed onto a paying customer. Because of this interaction, I removed my previous positive review. Management and staff need better training in customer service, accountability, and conflict resolution—especially in a family-oriented business with high foot traffic. This experience completely spoiled what had otherwise been positive visits, and I will not be returning.

This is a fun place for small or big kids to play! River had fun today and she found new friends to jump along with her. Best place for kids at the North Town Mall!

I have been going here for the past two years and Troy the former manager has made this place extremely welcoming and safe. He is a family person and treated his guests as if they were. Went there every Sunday for toddler time and my child was so glad to see him, but this past Sunday there new manager Gina, told us that we had to leave because my child did not have get air socks on even though we are annual members and were willing to purchase socks. Gina is extremely rude and unwelcoming, she needs to change her attitude or the place that people thought was fun, safe, and welcoming will crumble. Troy was a great manager and made everything safe, fun, exciting, and welcoming. You need a manager like that to handle Spokane.
