Not much too offer compared to other jump places that cost round the same. A lot of attractions taken down foam pit looks old and dirty. First and last

Had my granddaughters 5th birthday party here... Staff was helpful... It was good for the kids to get all their energy out after eating birthday cake and candy...

A good friend of mine had her kids birthday party here this past weekend . I attended with my son and nephews. They all had a ball and now want there parties here. Its fine by me. The staff was excellent ,especially Eric and Crystal, I hope i didn't mess the names up. Crystal was always moving fast and helping someone. Eric made sure the party had everything we needed and always checked on us. Im sure the rest of the team did great as well. Those were just the ones that stood out to me.

I came in on Saturday night and it was packed! My son loves to jump under the disco lights. He thinks it's the coolest thing. The staff is always friendly and engaging. While the court monitor was walking around on the floor, he made sure to interact with the parents on the benches. Makes the transaction personal and not just another sale on the books. The line at the front counter moved swiftly. Even with having to buy drinks at the front counter. If I could give 5 stars to the ladies and gentleman who worked on Saturday night, I would. The last few months has been the busiest I've seen in a couple years on a weekend night. The staff is still able to accommodate the traffic and provide a great time. Can the place use some updating? Sure. The matts have taken a beating and they've had the same attractions for the last few years I've been coming. I was informed a remodel is in the works! Is the place clean? Clean enough for a trampoline park. For the price, I don't expect to walk into a Hilton. We have a membership and it's been a life saver to use as a weekly activity. Hands down the cheapest around because you can still use your membership to any event they have! If you're looking for a cheap activity, great customer service, and a kid friendly environment this is the place for you.
