Kathy and INTI Realty were phenomenal in every aspect of our home purchase. From the beginning house showing to the close of the property, she was always honest, communicative, and supportive. She is very knowledgeable about real estate, and understands what our goals were. She worked with the sellers agent, coordinated inspections, and made the entire process streamlined and easy. We always felt she had our interests in mind with negotiations, and went out of her way to take care of one small issue that came up unexpectedly before close. The lender she recommended was amazing and gave us the best rate we could possibly get. The escrow team was also fantastic with keeping us on schedule and communicating. We would love to work with her and INTI Realty again in the future!
