To be seated inside where it was warm the wait time was 30 minutes, eventhough, several tables were vacant and no one waiting in a line. They explained we could be seated on the patio immediately. We chose this option and even with the heaters it was cold outside. We were not asked if we would like beverages other than wine. No bread was served, l had to ask for salt and pepper, no one asked if we would like cheese grated on our pasta nor were we asked if we would like dessert. We had to bag our own leftovers to take home. My Ceasar salad was terrible, the lettuce, not romaine, was old and there was not a taste of dressing. It was an old, dry, salad. My dinner was good, pictures are attached. My son and daughter in law liked their dinners also. The dinners were served alone and sides were extra. Menu was extensive and hard to read or figure out what was extra, what kinds of salads were served, never did find out about the missing bread.
We have come across this place while driving around , wanted to give it a try this place is cute for lunch or dinner . We were here for our dinner . We had pastas , garlic bread and wine . We had Texas spl wine which was really good . Their pappardelle with mushrooms is a must try , it was so yummy.Shrimp was so juicy and the spicy pasta was on point . Would definitely recommend for others. Service was quick and easy.
I walked in with my brother around 7:30 pm and there was no wait, even without a reservation. The food, drinks, staff, and vibes were all very wonderful! This authentic Italian restaurant is definitely worth it. Everything was delicious! Also, they have a wide variety of wine options to choose from. 10 out of 10, highly recommend 👌🤌
Last Saturday at Giacomo’s Cibo e Vino with friends the perfect night out. Appetizer, pasta, and dessert were all absolutely delicious 🤤✨
This restaurant was suggested to us by my daughter’s coworker, who is Italian. Overall, it was good. We made a reservation for 7:30 at the last minute! We had a short wait to be seated. It’s a really small restaurant with parking in back. A few handicapped spots in front. We started with wine and an appetizer. We had meatballs with bread. It was good. The sauce was a little sweet and a little spicy. Just right. The wine was wine. We both had Chianti Classico. I guess I’m not a fan of wine. For dinner, I chose Giovanni and my daughter picked Bolognese. I feel like the chicken was seasoned to perfection, but the rest fell flat. I didn’t expect the vegetables that were served in the dish. It was good though. I didn’t ask for salt. Thought that would’ve been rude. We got full pretty quickly. However, we saved room for dessert! I was in the mood for cake. I was hoping in my soul there would be tiramisu. There wasn’t. My soul cried. But instead I had the chocolate cake. It was rich. I had my server (who was excellent, by the way) pack up my Crostata Cremosa al Cioccolato in a box along with my dinner. My daughter ate/drank her dessert which was Affogato. We had a good time. I would return and I would recommend.
