I have purchased furniture from Giogio Bros for the last 20 years and each time the staff was knowledgale and helpful, and choices endless. All the pieces I purchased from Giorgio Bros have been high quality, a great price and delivered on time. Recently I experienced an urgent need for a chair for my aging mom. The staff at Giorgio Bros went out of their way to find the right chair and expedite a delivery.
In an effort to support local businesses we bought a dresser here. Sadly it's been a terrible experience. We were told it would be about six weeks til delivery. One month in we called for an update & were told the dresser had not left the factory. We wanted to cancel the order. Magically the next day it was on the truck & we could not cancel. It will be another four weeks until delivery. We could have bought the dresser from Wayfair & would have had it in a week. So frustrated & disappointed.
I had the best experience here. I was shopping for a formal dining room table for my new house. I had previously purchased a large solid marble table years ago from Giorgi which I truly loved, but it was too big for my new place. I had shopped at other furniture stores but had no luck finding the right table. Then I was reminded that I bought my marble table at Giorgi. I went online and saw immediately a few tables that were what I had in mind. I called the store (5 mins before closing) and Angie Velarde answered the phone. In spite of how late it was, she looked up the prices of the tables and invited me to come in the next day to look at them and other selections. Angie was incredible. She patiently listened to my story of where I was moving and what I was looking for. I showed her the chairs I was keeping (also purchased at Giorgi) and she went over other tables that might go with that formal style. She was simply fantastic. By the end, it seemed like I made a new friend. She is the epitome of what excellent customer service is. The table was on the pricey side, but the fun I had it certainly made it worth it. Thank you Angie, and the other sales people I joked around with, for such a great morning.

And our purchase of high quality Hancock & Moore custom made leather sofa and love seat set from Giorgi Bros has been the most amazing and rewarding experience. When we experienced a manufacturer quality control issue soon after delivery of our custom leather furniture purchase (not Giorgi Bro's fault) Tom Giorgi became the most amazing customer advocate we have ever experienced. His dogged perseverance for over a year, and exceptional customer service following our request for assistance with our original Hancock & Moore furniture purchase was a beautiful thing to experience. The end result was a new luxurious European leather furniture ensemble worthy of the wide acclaim for which Giorgi Bros is known. And knowing it is aniline dyed through and through, making it true heirloom quality offers such peace of mind for my wife and I. If you are looking for a piece of high quality furniture, if you want experts in leather, fabrics, design, quality, and exceptional customer service... it's a no-brainer here. It is comforting knowing that Giorgi Bros is a local family owned business and their excellent reputation for satisfied customers for many generations is all you need to know.
I live in Austin, TX, and was looking for a particular rug that I found online at Giorgi Bros. The purchase was flawless. I worked with Sue and she was so pleasant and so helpful. This was all done over the phone and email. The price was fantastic and the service was superb. I received the rug with no issues.
