I had a huge broken window (49"X 70")during the holidays and I called the Glass Doctor, they came the next day and gave me an estimate that was a reasonable price. I had 2 other estimates and they were the cheapest, they didn't disappoint they were fast and very professional. The whole process took 3 days and the other companies were going to take a couple of weeks or more to come and fix it. I would definitely recommend this company anytime they're reliable and provided honest and were transparent through the whole process.
I can’t say enough good things about this window company! I called on a Friday and left a message, and first thing Monday morning they returned my call. By Monday afternoon the repairman was at my house. He wasn’t even here a full hour before everything was fixed perfectly. It was in the 40’s that day, and he was so careful to keep as much heat inside as possible while working. He also made sure every bit of broken glass was removed. Truly professional, thoughtful, and efficient. The gal on the phone was just as professional and helpful. The next morning I received an e-invoice and was able to pay online, super streamlined and easy. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. And the best part? The final bill ended up being about $200 less than I expected. That was such a great surprise. This repair was for a window that broke the night before Thanksgiving when my rambunctious puppy pounced on the outside of it. Thankfully the screen prevented any injuries, and this company handled everything quickly and expertly. Highly, highly recommend!
A window in the front of my house was shattered and I needed it replaced asap. Glass Doctor sent a repairman that day who replaced it on the spot for a *very* reasonable price (other glass companies quoted me emergency repair fees of several hundred dollars for same-day service on *top* of the regular price). Glass Doctor service was excellent and friendly throughout - from the scheduler to the repairman. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!
I was very pleased with the entire experience with Glass Doctor. They were friendly and responsive to my initial call, as well as communicating when the technicians would be out to measure and then replace my shattered sidelight window. Excellent work, attention to cleanup, and friendly while at my home. Will definitely use them again when needed!
Thank you Glass Doctor- Austin! I literally called 5 places in Austin before I found your company and you all agreed to handle the issue of replacing an oversized double paned patio glass door! You all sent Martin the same day to measure! Skylar kept me informed of the process, called when glass arrived and scheduled to install the next day! Martin (and fellow tech) installed the glass efficiency and professionally; leaving my property clean and orderly!
