It’s the best gym that I have ever been. Nice stuff, friendly ppl, perfect access, clean facilities, anyway, I literally miss Globe. But, I have to move…
They increased membership fees without putting up a single sign in the gym. They claimed an email was sent (which went to spam), and when my payment failed because I wasn't notified of the new amount, they charged me a $10 dishonour fee and refused to waive it. The contract states a '14-day notice period.' However, when you try to leave, they claim the 14 days only starts after your next scheduled payment. Even though I gave notice on Dec 24th, they are charging me for a full cycle until Jan 18th. They are effectively forcing a 25-day notice period despite the contract saying 14 days. If you join, watch your bank account closely and expect a headache when you try to leave. They will use every loophole to take one last full payment from you.
I just joined the gym and had some issues with my payment methods, but the staff at the Global Health Club, including Rebecca at the reception, has been invaluable! I can already see why this gym is great—they have excellent machines and friendly staff.
Honestly one of the best gyms I’ve trained at. The energy is always high, the staff actually care, and the equipment is top-tier. You walk in feeling motivated and leave feeling accomplished every time. It’s got that real community vibe — not just another gym full of headphones and mirrors.
Globe Health Clubs is absolutely outstanding! The facilities are always spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great workout. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about your fitness journey, always ready to help or motivate you. The atmosphere is welcoming, energetic, and inspiring—perfect for both beginners and experienced members. The variety of classes and training options keeps things exciting, and the community vibe makes every visit enjoyable. Truly one of the best health clubs around—highly recommended!
