Super friendly and welcoming crew. Took the time to explain the process and did not pressure me during the sales process. Very realistic in setting expectations and not over promising. After the consultation, I decided to go with 2 step paint correction and 6 year ceramic coating. They were super detailed and kept me informed through the process by sending me pictures and quick messages. Punctual with promised time frame and was able to accommodate my busy schedule by allowing me to pick up the GT-R an hour before they opened. To wrap it all up, they provided detailed after care and maintenance instructions to preserve the gloss for years to come. I will definitely bring future cars for the care and recommend Gloss It to anyone looking for that showroom shine and protection. Thank you!
I recently had a full paint correction done on my BMW at GlossIt, and I’d like to share my experience. On the positive side, the initial work they did was impressive. They were professional in terms of the actual paint correction, they negotiated a fair price with me, and the job itself cost $1,500, which I initially felt was reasonable for the quality I saw at first glance. However, my big disappointment came with the after-service. Just two days after the job was done, I noticed cracks in the clear coat on the front bumper. When I reached out to the shop, they basically told me that since it wasn’t something they noticed inside their shop, it wasn’t their responsibility. They emphasized that they were professional in measuring the paint thickness before buffing, which made me confident they wouldn’t overdo it—yet here we are with a crack that appeared almost immediately. They could’ve at least offer me to come by to take a look at it, maybe refer me to a body shop or guide me on how to fix it, something at least as the bare minimum. But it was pretty straight forward, not our fault we made our money, please rate us 5 stars for free wash & bye bye. In terms of a star rating, I’d say the actual workmanship was probably a 4 out of 5 at first glance, but the aftercare and customer service brought the experience down to maybe a 2.5 or 3 out of 5. So overall, the after-service really needs improvement and it’s important for future customers to know that.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but Gloss It truly deserves one. From start to finish, the experience was on another level. The attention to detail, the professionalism, and the passion they put into their work is unmatched. My R34 GTR has never looked this good — not even the day I bought it. The depth, clarity, and shine they brought out in the paint is insane. You can tell they use top-tier products and actually know how to bring out the best in a vehicle. The team took their time explaining every step, what they were doing, and why it mattered. No rushing, no shortcuts — just real quality work. They treat your car like it’s their own. If you truly care about your car, Gloss It is the only place to go. Worth every dollar and then some. I won’t trust anyone else with my car again. Highly recommend! This is the level of detailing every shop should aim for.
Gloss it really knows there stuff. The work they did on my car is top notch. They did a full color correction that looks top notch. Then they did ppf film on the the front to protect it and then a ceramic coating. This is the second car I’ve had them do for me and anyone considering using gloss it will be very happy. What they do is complicated and requires real expertise. This is not making a burger. You want it done right if you’re spending the cash and have a vehicle you care about it’s completely worth it. The best I can say is when I get a new car in a couple years they will do that one too
Solid experience. After doing some research on ceramic coatings I ended up at Gloss It after seeing reviews. Communication with Amanda was timely and accurate prior to my appointment. I arrived on time and they were ready to inspect my vehicle and didnt have me standing around waiting. The shop was incredibly clean and Rich and Amanda educated me on ceramic coating, benefits and required maintenance. I scheduled my appointment and dropped off my vehicle. They sent progress pictures and continued the communication. Vehicle was completed on time, as promised. The finish is impeccable and the paint is mirror like. I highly recommend the Gloss It team for any of your detail/coating/film needs. Thanks again!
