My daughter went in to get a fill and it took over 2.5 hours! The girl was apparently new because she told my daughter “thanks for letting me practice on you” when she was done and she not only cut her finger and made it bleed but then she kept spraying RUBBING ALCOHOL on the open sore that SHE created and rubbed it so hard with a paper towel that she just made it bleed even more and hurt like hell! Her nails are pretty but damn that’s crazy. The whole time I’m waiting in my car trying to keep my cool and not go in there and cause a scene. I will NOT be taking my daughter back there!
Went to get my nails done for vacation and haven't stopped since! I absolutely SWEAR BY THE STRUCTURED GEL MANICURE ! I only have to go in once a month they last so long and MY NATURAL NAILS have never been stronger or healthier than they are now. My girl, and store manager, Alyssa is AMAZING 😍 She is so sweet and fun it's like hanging with a friend to go get my nails done. She is always willing to do whatever she can to ensure I leave with nails I love. And if I'm torn between nail styles/designs, she's been so great to make examples of them on disposables so I can see how it would look. I freaking love her !!
I recently had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Alyssa, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She is incredibly talented and pays attention to every detail. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for beautiful nails and excellent service!
I’ve been two times now and Leigha is the reason I’ll be coming back!! I’ve had such a hard time finding a nail tech to take my visions an put them on nails. Leigha not only does just that but she exceeds my expectations and they come out AMAZING every time. She takes her time, corrects her mistakes, cares a makes sure her clients are comfortable. She’s a 5 Star Nail Tech in my book⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My nail tech was very nice but very inexperienced. During my appointment she had to ask another nail tech for help a couple times. I am all for allowing people to learn on me but I would have appreciated knowing that I was doing that ahead of time. She didn’t ask me if I liked my nails (I don’t), I should have spoken up but I came during work hours and needed to get back to the office. Bumpy nail polish, nails that don’t cover my actual nail (she did give me a $5 discount for that but I would have rather them been done correctly and paid full price). The nail polish looks terrible around my cuticle on most nails. The fingers with nail art definitely needed another coat of polish. She did tell me that she wouldn’t be able to do my nail exactly like my inspo pic so I did appreciate her being honest. The people are very nice in there but I will be continuing my search for a great nail tech here in the Toledo area.
