I worked very late and wanted something tasty that wasn’t fast food and luckily glow bowls food truck was next to my apartment- in it was delicious! I got the chimi steak bowl and it was so good and huge I saved the rest for lunch the next day. If you’re hungry and see this place it’s deff worth a try

Glow Bowl is a true gem ✨ The bowls are incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, made with high-quality ingredients and creative combinations. You can really taste the care and passion in every bite. The service is friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. Special mention for the presentation — the bowls look just as good as they taste! If you’re in Fort Lauderdale and love healthy, delicious, colorful food, Glow Bowl is a must-try. Highly recommend!

Omg the food is so good. We hired Glow Bowl (Sebastien) for my wife’s 50th birthday that we celebrated at LauderAle and it was incredible. So many of our 70 guests commented on how great the food was. Since then they have catered our Christmas party and we have visited them at their various food truck event locations like at Volunteer Park in sunrise. We will use them again for sure. So Good.

Came by on a Sunday to LauderAle and the Glow Bowl food truck was parked out in their terrace. We ordered both the tacos and a bowl veggie style. Both were excellent and full of flavor. The added bonus is it was clean eating which is a nice departure from the typical greasy offerings at breweries. The chef and owner is very friendly and accommodating, Fresh and delicious menu. 10/10 !

Sebastian & his wife were awesome for our daughters 9th birthday party! Everyone enjoyed the food, especially the shrimp ceviche & chimichurri bowls. And quite a few people said it was the best Mac and cheese they’ve ever had. They were also very accommodating and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have great food without stress. We will be using them for all our future parties!
