Glow Dance is my happy place! The classes are fun, with lots of variety and amazing instructors, open to all levels of dance/fitness experience. The dance studio is beautiful and comfortable. Kate the owner is very welcoming and inclusive. The community is lovely and diverse, which is very important to me.
The classes at Glow Dance are so good!!! I really look forward to the joy of moving in a welcoming environment with no pressure. I choose the classes that challenge me just the right amount but always have me leave smiling and feeling happy! If you’re looking for a form of exercise that feels more like you’re having fun instead of exercising, do this! Highly, highly, highly recommended!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Highly recommend Glow Dance - a fabulous place to exercise, enjoy music, be included, and learn moves that are good for your mind and body. It’s truly uplifting doing a class even when you’re just learning the steps and bumbling along. Everyone is super nice and there is no pressure. I think it has combined the best elements of group fitness and dance. Kate has created something really special for the inner north. And it’s absolutely somewhere for women of all ages. Really, go if you can.
Fun, judgement free and energising way to exercise, let loose and just dance like no one is watching, get fit (without it being “hard”work) and make new connections. Kate has created a welcoming dance studio and community to support your love of music, dance and connection. Highly recommend trying the intro package to get a feel for all the different types of classes and find what suits you best. My personal faves are clubbercise and groove.
I am so happy to have found "Glow" not just because the dancing is so much fun and great exercise, but the community is really welcoming and inclusive. Kate is a wonderful teacher, friendly with a great sense of humour, and she makes sure the dance studio is a place where everyone feels comfortable no matter what their level of experience or skill. Swing Dance is my favourite - it's the only way I can live my dream of being a Broadway dancer so I love it!
