Don't ever shop at this place. They sale fakes from the rings to chains to glasses. When you try and call to check l about it they won't answer the phone so then you have to visit the store. Stay away from GND fake diamonds and gold
Brought a wedding ring from dis place never had a problem until now same diamond keeps falling out now they want me to pay to fix it never had to pay before and when I Brought the ring they told me as long as it from them they will fix it yea I want a refund asap I have my receipt from 2years ago that's not a warranty I paid for
We’ve made a few purchases from them and we have loved the items ! Unfortunately there’s been an issue with every one of them and it’s so frustrating . The most important piece is my wedding ring . We went to them because they are always nice and friendly and reasonable pricing so of course we thought to go for this . I had to take my ring in many times in the first few months due to diamonds falling out of the band , when we purchased it one of the diamonds was offset and sticking out so I had to get that repaired . They sent it out for one of the repairs and the metal was then ruined and the diamond they used to replace it didn’t match the others , the prong was so smashed down as well . I just wanted my ring back and accepted it for what it was . I had to go in for missing diamonds after that yet again , I can say they’re always ready to repair the issues BUT why in the world do I have to keep going back . I’ve been missing a diamond for months because I just don’t want to have to be without my ring for a week or even have to go in and deal with this again ! I now have 2 diamonds missing , my center diamond is loose and rattles but again I don’t want to take it in , be without it then get it back in worse shape than it ever was . mind you , I’m a stay at home mom , I take it off when I use harsh chemicals and I’m very safe with my ring . I’m highly upset with the quality of my ring and the constant worry of losing another diamond to the point my husband just wants to buy me another but I legit LOVE my ring and the style . Again , they are all so nice and very personable but the quality of their pieces just doesn’t match the quality of service !
GnD diamonds is amazing. I think Ahmad and Issa are the most amazing people and jewelry artist in the world. I live my necklace and charms which are designed in house. Also they fixed the jewelry I didn’t buy from them better than it was new, they also resized my wife’s rings and made sure she was happy and now they are designing a piece of jewelry for me. I mean forget about how competitive their prices are, which is the best in Toledo honestly but their customer service is bar none. Seriously the smile and the hello I receive when I stop by even just to say hello makes me feel like an episode of cheers. By the way they always clean my jewelry. Seriously thou please stop by give them a shot they will not disappoint.
Literally couldn't get better service anywhere! Jonas was as kind as could be. We told him what we wanted and he took us right to where they were and when I needed it exchange it a week later (our fault) he didn't give us any fuss and exchanged the ring with no hassle! Best jeweler I've ever been too!!
