Attended a University Graduation here, my first time at the place... parking was super convenient and easy to access, roads wide, clearly marked where to go, etc. Access from carport into building was a breeze and we'll signed. Plenty of toilet facilities and lots of open areas. Biggest let down and limitation was the lack of seating in the area around the central convention area (where you gather, mingle, and wait to enter).

I just recently visited the Convention Centre and I'd like to praise your supervisor of security, Mr. Hills (sorry but I can't remember his first name), I had a stroke back in July, 2021 and I'm still uneven on my feet, whilst using my walker outside the front of the convention center I had a fall, thankfully no injury, this is when Mr.Hills came to the rescue, he made sure I was ok, asked me if I needed anything, even during the show he sought me out on 2 occasions, his professionalism was first class, I would be so proud to have him a member of my company, well done sir, I can't thank you enough. And also I'd like to thank the floor manager, another champion man. The show we went to was, Deck the Halls, it was absolutely brilliant, we loved it, thank you for putting on a great show and the care shown to me James McIntyre. Sunshine Coast

Came on invitation of my lovely daughter for her medical sonography presentation - and to help with her prep. Place was huge with large presentation and session rooms, perfect for exhibits and conventions. Two floor low rise building lessens strain of climbing multiple floors. Near mid and high end hotels, and lots of food shops. Accessible to public transport - trams and buses largely running on time. Of course a few minutes to Gold Coast beach.

Pretty good convention and exhibition hall. Visited there to collect race pack for Gold Coast Marathon. Big but lack of surrounding merchants.

What a great place. Attended Matchbox 20. The Arena hold 6000 and it was a sold out show. We came from Brisbane and were worried about location and traffic but it was fine. Great parking options and compared to the BEC so much easier in and 100% faster to exit. Really well set out and loved the food vans which helped with feeding the crowds. Our seats were amazing and very comfortable compared to QPAC. Really enjoyed our time and will definitely go to another show there.
