My 3 day session with Dan was great! Dan has a very grounding presence and when I first met him I was made at ease. His relaxed nature and open discussions for meditation made it easier to pick up and progress was seen immediately. High recommend Gold Coast Meditation for anyone!

My husband and I used Gold Coast Meditation via zoom with Dan and it really was the best step we ever took. We now take time each day for ourselves and actually meditate and get so much from it. We have a busy life with working and five children and never thought it would work for us but the small sessions each day can be fitted in and around children and has seriously reduced our stress and has made us both far more calm in everyday life and focus on what is actually important in life!
